Are Rothy’s shoes machine washable?
Yes, all Rothy’s shoes and bags are machine washable. Simply remove the insoles, place them in the washing machine, and use cold water on a delicate cycle with mild detergent. Always air dry your Rothy’s.
What is your return policy?
We offer free returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure the original packaging is intact for a full refund.
How do I find my perfect fit?
Most of our styles run true to size, but we recommend checking the specific fit notes on each product page. For The Point and The Flat, some customers prefer a half-size up for extra comfort.
What materials are Rothy’s made from?
Our signature thread is spun from 100% post-consumer plastic water bottles. We also use bio-based algae, natural rubber, and ocean-bound plastic to create our sustainable footwear and accessories.
